About the Artist
Kay Little,Sr. is basically a self taught fine artist;he began his Art career 48 years ago in Baltimore Maryland in Commercial Art. He continued his art pursuit even while serving in the United States Air Force As a Technical Illustrator which gave him a renewed confidence in the many advantages in the always changing fields of Art both Commercial and Fine Art. Mr. Little, later completed 20 years with the City of Colorado Springs as, Drafting Supervisor and later as the resident Artist. Currently Kay is enjoying himself as a full time Fine Artist, Specializing in capturing and sharing his interpretation of ,the BUFFALO SOLDIERS and the Black Pioneers. Mr. Little has paintings on permanent collection at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum And at the Buffalo Soldiers Museum In Fort Leavenworth Kansas.
